Our Services
Co-Parenting Support for Families in Transition
Evidence-Based Education & Counseling for Parents Going Through Separation or Divorce.
Families Empowered and Transformed (F.E.A.T.), in partnership with La Concordia Wellness, provides supportive services for parents navigating separation or divorce. Through the evidence-based Family Transitions Program (a Triple P course) and Conjoint Co-Parent Counseling, families receive both educational and therapeutic support to reduce conflict, strengthen communication, and protect children from the negative effects of parental separation. Services are available in-person, via Zoom, and in Spanish to ensure accessibility for all families in our community.
